Job summary

Payra is building a modern payments and financial operations platform for businesses, and is seeking a Founding Marketing Lead to build the brand and marketing engine from scratch.

This role requires a builder mindset, owning the brand, creative output, paid acquisition, content, and events—on a fast-growing fintech startup trajectory. You will design campaigns, craft sales materials, and drive growth with minimal initial team.

Qualifications

• Experience building a brand from the ground up in fintech, payments, or SaaS.
• Ability to design and launch marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong visual taste and ability to translate ideas into polished assets.
• Comfort with blending creative work and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape Payra's brand identity across digital and physical assets.
• Lead paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other channels.
• Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and customer stories.
• Own LinkedIn presence and develop a recognizable social following.
• Concept and produce product videos and founder-led content.
