We help parents understand their child's progress, turn everyday observations into clear next steps, and build more confident daily routines. We want a growth partner who can start immediately or very quickly, cares deeply about parenting and child development, and believes in Kidooo's mission. A specific major or linear career path matters less than urgency, ownership, and willingness to learn with families.

What you will build

• A repeatable short-form content engine that drives qualified parent signups and retention.
• A steady cadence of high-performing vertical videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) with weekly experimentation.
• Trust-building content that is empathetic, non-judgmental, and privacy-aware for a health-adjacent product.
• Community and partner distribution loops: parent groups, local communities, child development experts, educators, and family-focused partners.
