Qualifications

• This role seeks proven success acquiring founders or business-owner customers through outbound, automation, events, gifting, partnerships, or referrals.
• Experience as an early growth hire at a fast-growing startup or equivalent in winning business-owner customers.
• A hands-on approach to building campaigns, writing outreach sequences, and setting up automation directly.
• Strong creative judgment and a practical understanding of customer acquisition cost, conversion funnels, and retention.
• Finance, M&A, or banking experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate customer acquisition across outbound, automation, events, gifting, partnerships, referrals, paid channels, and PR.
• Convert the company's media reach among founders and business owners into qualified conversations and signed mandates.
• Map prospective business sellers and buyers, their needs, decision-makers, and effective ways to reach them.
• Run rapid growth experiments, measure results, and turn successful approaches into repeatable programs.
• Help determine which customer segments to prioritize and how to earn prospective clients' attention.
• Partner with the founder, who leads owner calls, advisory, and deal closing.
