Pelico is hiring a founding engineer to build our new agentic platform, writing code close to real customers and factory data. You’ll work on Python backend and React frontend in a hands-on role from day one, shaping the product with real-world impact.

You’ll join a small, elite team, pushing durable runtimes, trustworthy agents, and real-time dashboards—while staying rigorous in non-deterministic environments and embracing AI-native tooling.
