About The Role

We’re looking for a bold and entrepreneurial Founding Full Stack Engineer to take the lead in building our enterprise product ecosystem from the ground up. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the architecture, systems, and interfaces of our agentic AI platform, with a strong focus on automation and deep API integrations powered by large language models (LLMs).

You’ll play a critical role in delivering full-stack solutions for industry verticals like field sales and healthcare, while working closely with global teams across product, research, hardware, and go-to-market. From early-stage concepts to deployed enterprise systems, you'll help turn vision into reality at every layer of the stack.

What You Will Do

• Take ownership of the full technical execution of our enterprise product roadmap -- driving development from backend to frontend -- while keeping customer needs and company priorities in sync.
• Lead our agentic platform through its entire lifecycle, from early-stage prototyping to enterprise-scale launch, with clear milestones that ensure strong product-market alignment.
• Design and build secure, scalable automation workflows and API integrations that enhance functionality and deliver seamless user experiences -- without compromising on privacy, quality, or trust.
• Explore and apply the latest advancements in AI and LLMs to strengthen the intelligence and adaptability of our platform.
• Translate complex technical vision into clear direction for stakeholders at every level, including executives, teammates, and non-technical partners.
• Help shape the team by recruiting exceptional talent, mentoring engineers, and championing a hands-on culture of innovation, ownership, and execution.
• Collaborate fluidly across time zones and functions -- bridging U.S. and global teams to move quickly and stay aligned.
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Hands on builder: 3+ years of experience in professional software development, ideally in building and scaling enterprise solutions.
• Our tech stack: Experience with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, or similar technology.
• Frontend skills foundation: Possess development skills for Vue/React, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Canvas API/WebGL/GLSL.
• Infrastructure: Familiar with cloud-based infrastructure like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Proven track record: Experience envisioning and delivering an effectively zero to one product to enterprise customers.
• Passionate about AI: A deep understanding of LLMs, their capabilities, limitations, and potential applications.
• Technical depth: Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of technologies with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and languages.
• Ownership: Ideal candidate will have previously been the first technical lead at an early stage high growth startup, with an emphasis on owning a project from conception to deployment.
• Inspirational vision: Strong leadership and team-building skills with a collaborative approach.
• Structured thinker: Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Academic achievement: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline).
