NELP is seeking an experienced engineer to own architecture and deliver production features across four SaaS products. You will design backend models for multi-hospital structures, implement enterprise integrations, and collaborate with customers to translate needs into scalable solutions.

Join a fast-moving team led by an experienced founder and CEO. You will shape the product direction from day one, building healthcare SaaS that improves patient care and nurse retention.

Competenze

• 5+ years building production SaaS products.
• Experience designing backend systems for multi-tenant, workflow-heavy applications.
• Comfortable owning both architecture and implementation in an early-stage environment.
• Experience with authentication systems (SSO/SAML) and enterprise integrations.
• Clear communicator who works well with non-technical domain experts.
• Ability to empathize with users and not overengineer for the sake of it.

Mansioni

• Own architecture and ship production features across four integrated products.
• Design data models and services for complex multi-hospital, multi-unit organizational structures.
• Build AI workflows for exemplar writing, evidence organization, and document retrieval across large program datasets.
• Implement enterprise infrastructure: SSO/SAML, role-based access, audit logging, HRIS integration.
• Sit in customer calls, hear problems firsthand, and turn them into shipped product within days.
• Set engineering standards, CI/CD, testing strategy, and architectural patterns for the team to scale on.
