Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a founding-engineer in Atlanta to own a production full-stack platform across backend, frontend, database, and infrastructure. You’ll deploy, monitor, and decide what to build next with a small, high-impact team.

You should have 6+ years building full-stack systems, strong technical judgment, and comfort owning production end to end, including security and uptime. Opportunity to lead as RangeWater scales.

Qualifications

• 6+ years delivering full-stack software with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong experience with Java/Spring Boot, React and PostgreSQL.
• Experience building production-grade systems with security and reliability in mind.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire platform: backend services, React frontend, database, deployment, and uptime.
• Ship polished, complex UIs in React for real users.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and monitoring across production systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive the product forward at startup pace.
