Gauge, a fast-growing AI analytics startup, is seeking a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to join the team in San Francisco at the Presidio office. You will own core features from concept to production, shaping the product as the first engineering hire.

You’ll work across the stack, build scalable pipelines, and collaborate with product and design to deliver high-impact user experiences in a rapidly evolving AI search landscape.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of web development experience.
• Experience across frontend, backend, databases, and queues.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools.
• Ex-founder or startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end features from concept to production.
• Improve the product across the stack and scale systems.
• Work on AI workflows, data pipelines, and analytics features.
