Clera in Los Angeles is seeking a Founding Engineer — Full Stack to join a tiny founding team on the cutting edge of AI brand intelligence. You’ll own features end-to-end, from frontend UI in React to backend in Python and cloud infra, shipping high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced startup.

The role offers substantial ownership, opportunities to shape engineering culture, and early-stage equity for a founding team member. Candidates must be onsite in LA with US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 1+ years on software engineering teams (2+ preferred).
• Full-stack comfort: UI (React) to backend (Python) and cloud infra (Terraform, AWS).
• Hands-on experience building AI-related systems.
• Strong product instincts and translating customer needs into features.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own problems end-to-end from insight to implementation.
• Maintain fast feedback loop with customers and leadership; ship features.
• Help shape engineering culture for a new team.
