Job summary

CoffeeSpace is recruiting a founding Full-Stack Engineer to join a small, high-impact team in San Francisco. You will ship agentic systems and tools that lawyers use daily, building from PostgreSQL and Node.js backend to React/Next.js frontend, and crafting integrations with Slack, email, and e-signature services.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years of full-stack experience and fluency in TypeScript, Next.js, React, tRPC, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Temporal.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, React, and Node.js.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, AWS, and Temporal.
• Ability to work across the stack from database to UI.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship agentic systems end-to-end for legal workflows.
• Develop full-stack features from database to client UI.
• Create integrations with Slack, email, and document/e-signature services.
• Improve observability and reliability at scale.
• Collaborate with lawyers to scope problems and iterate quickly.
