Job summary

arcadia is hiring three Founding Software Engineers to architect and scale the infrastructure powering autonomous AI agents for hospitality. This 0→1 role offers direct ownership over product, infrastructure, and technical direction from the earliest stages.

You'll collaborate with the founding team to build scalable AI systems, data pipelines, and agent orchestration frameworks that support real-time decision-making across thousands of guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong backend or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Experience scaling systems in startup or high-growth environments.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML infrastructures is preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Ability to own initiatives in a founder-led environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale core infrastructure for autonomous AI agents.
• Develop AI-powered systems capable of handling complex workflows.
• Architect backend systems and data aggregation pipelines.
• Build products from 0→1 and iterate rapidly with the founding team.
• Optimize infrastructure reliability, scalability, and deployments.
• Work with modern AI coding workflows and tools.
• Design systems that integrate with hotel software in real time.
• Shape technical strategy, product direction, and engineering culture.
