• 5+ years work experience building scalable, distributed backend systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Work closely with the CEO and CTO on core platform architecture.
• Build core parts of the platform.
• Innovate in the fintech space.
