Job summary

Coinflow Labs is hiring a Front End Engineer to shape our design system and build polished UI for a fintech payments platform. You'll own components from concept to production, collaborate with backend engineers, and define interaction patterns using shadcn/ui, Tailwind, and React/TypeScript.

This is the first dedicated frontend hire and you’ll help scale the design system as the product grows. Expect rapid delivery cadence, deep product thinking, and a strong emphasis on usability, performance,

Qualifications

• Strong command of shadcn/ui, Radix primitives, Tailwind CSS, and React/TypeScript.
• A portfolio or GitHub history showing products you designed and built yourself, start to finish.
• Real product design judgment: typography, spacing, color systems, information hierarchy.
• Comfort owning ambiguity and deciding right interaction patterns.
• Experience building or significantly extending a design system in production codebase.

Responsibilities

• Build and own our design system on top of shadcn/ui and Tailwind, with components, tokens, patterns, and docs.
• Design and ship full features end-to-end from wireframes to production components.
• Redesign and modernize surfaces like onboarding, dashboards, and checkout flows.
• Set the visual direction for a fintech product that feels trustworthy, fast, and precise.
• Make architecture decisions about component composition, theming, and reusability.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to reflect complex systems in the frontend.
