Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a Founding Frontend Engineer to own the frontend stack, set architecture, and drive product quality from day one. You will build polished consumer interfaces, collaborate closely with design and product, and mentor a growing frontend team as the company scales.

You will work with AI coding tools to speed delivery while shaping the roadmap and technology choices for a high-velocity startup.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of frontend development experience in consumer products.
• Proven experience shipping user-facing features at B2C companies.
• Proficiency with Figma for design collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Copilot or Cursor.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead all frontend development, establishing architecture patterns and engineering standards early.
• Build intuitive, consumer-facing interfaces with strong UX.
• Collaborate with design and product to translate ideas into production UI.
• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to move fast and ship reliably.
• Contribute to product roadmap and future frontend team growth.
