Job summary

Central Employment in Boston, MA is seeking a hands-on senior engineer to design, build, and scale core product features onsite. You will own the full stack with TypeScript, Node.js, and React, and help shape the technology roadmap for a fast-growing startup.

You will work directly with the founding team, recruit and mentor engineers, and partner with customers to rapidly deliver compelling solutions. This is a high-ownership role with significant equity on offer.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building production applications with TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Experience in Seed to Series A startups.
• Ability to move quickly in a high-ownership environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale core product features from concept to production.
• Own development across the full stack using TS, Node.js, and React.
• Define technical architecture and engineering best practices.
• Work directly with customers to understand problems and rapidly deliver solutions.
• Drive product direction alongside the founding team.
• Recruit and mentor future engineers as the team grows.
