Sam’s Club Weslaco is opening a brand-new club, seeking dependable associates to help bring it to life and shape the member experience from day one.

As a Freight Flow Associate, you’ll unload, stock, and organize products, operate forklifts, and support high-volume operations while maintaining safety and accuracy across receiving to the sales floor. The role offers weekend shifts and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift operation experience.
• Safe operation of pallet jacks and related equipment.
• Ability to manage inventory accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise from distribution centers and suppliers.
• Safely operate forklifts and other equipment following standards.
• Move, stage, and position merchandise to support inventory flow.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with replenishment.
• Support club pickup orders and ensure timely staging.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and properly zoned.
• Monitor product quality and rotate inventory, removing damaged items.
• Follow safety standards and handling procedures.
