Job summary

Sam’s Club Visalia is opening a brand-new club and seeking dependable Freight Flow Associates to help move merchandise from receiving to the sales floor.

You’ll operate forklifts, stock, stage, and organize items to ensure inventory accuracy and smooth club operations, while embracing safety standards and teamwork. Weekend/holiday flexibility is expected as we build a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 90 days of forklift experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks safely.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise from distribution centers.
• Safely operate forklifts and other equipment following standards.
• Move, stage, and position merchandise to optimize flow.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist replenishment.
• Support club pickup orders with accurate staging.
• Keep sales floor and backroom clean and organized.
• Follow all safety standards including hazardous materials handling.
