Job summary

bunkerhillhealth is hiring a founding forward deployed engineer to take us through the next 100M. Based in San Francisco, you’ll own end-to-end deployment of Carebricks initiatives, working with physicians, hospital IT, and operations champions to translate ideas into production systems.

You will scope use cases, build evaluations, align ongoing efforts with clinical guidelines, and drive core platform changes based on user feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare software engineering or clinical workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with clinicians, IT, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Scope use cases with internal and external stakeholders to productionize ideas.
• Build evaluations to verify agents perform as intended.
• Align use cases to deliver ongoing value and update agents per guidelines.
• Contribute to core engineering by iterating on the platform based on feedback.
