Job summary

bunkerhillhealth is looking for an S-tier Technical Implementation Program Manager to lead end-to-end customer delivery of the Bunkerhill Carebricks AI platform across various health systems. This role demands proven EHR integration experience, particularly with Epic Systems, and requires skills in HL7 and FHIR.

Your responsibilities will include managing the customer lifecycle, guiding teams through discovery, ingestion, and execution phases. This position offers a dynamic work environment focused on impactful healthcare solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery experience integrating with EHRs, ideally Epic Systems.
• Experience with cohort feeds via SQL extracts, HL7 feeds, and/or Bulk FHIR.
• Track record of writing results back into EHRs or clinical systems.

Responsibilities

• Independently own the customer lifecycle across multiple use cases.
• Define architecture & scope during discovery phase.
• Guide customers in installing/configuring Epic on FHIR app.
