Cinchapi, Inc. is hiring a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with the founder, engineering team, and GTM lead.

You will take deployments from discovery through production, building integrations, data connections, and agent capabilities on the Cinchapi platform to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will implement practical solutions by connecting systems, configuring ambient agents, and balancing reliability with security and cost.

Qualifications

• At least five years of software engineering experience.
• Experience taking systems from requirements to production.
• Experience working directly with customers or teams across engineering and GTM.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into practical technical deployments.
• Build integrations, data connections, and interfaces using the Cinchapi platform.
• Configure Ambient Agents to align with customer goals and KPIs.
• Test, monitor, and ensure reliability, security, and cost considerations.
• Take prototypes into production and document deployment details.
