Job summary

BODYROK Ballard is hiring fitness instructors to launch our Ballard studio. You’ll help build a brand-new community, lead high-energy 45-minute sessions on our Hybrid Pilates Method, and bring energy, music, and motivation to every class.

Prior teaching is preferred, but what matters most is connection with the room and a passion for fitness. You’ll train with BODYROK, earn per-session pay, and have opportunities to grow into leadership roles as we expand in Seattle.

Qualifications

• Past teaching experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to motivate and energize a room.
• Comfortable teaching on a microphone and cueing clearly.
• Knowledge of fitness fundamentals and music integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy BODYROK classes with confidence and clear cues.
• Cue effectively on the mic and maintain class flow.
• Create an engaging, motivating fitness experience for participants.
• Ensure safety, form, and modification options as needed.
