BODYROK Ballard is seeking fitness instructors to join our founding team in Seattle. You’ll lead fast-paced, 45-minute sessions using our Hybrid Pilates method with energizing mic cues and music.

We offer flexible scheduling, guaranteed minimum pay per class, and opportunities to advance as BODYROK expands. Certification investments and ongoing development support you as you grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching group fitness classes preferred.
• Ability to engage and motivate a room on mic.
• Willing to complete BODYROK certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy BODYROK classes in Ballard.
• Cue and coach participants with clear instruction.
• Manage class flow, transitions and safety.
• Help build a positive, inclusive studio culture.
