Mews is seeking a founding analytics engineer in Finance to shape our data infrastructure and analytics capabilities during a critical transformation. You will own the analytics roadmap and work directly with Finance leadership to drive insights for capital allocation and IPO readiness.

You’ll design and deliver production ETL/ELT pipelines, build data models, and champion data quality and AI-enabled data discovery. This is a greenfield opportunity at a fast-growing, remote-first company.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production experience building and optimising ETL/ELT pipelines (min 3 years).
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; strong experience with DBT or equivalent tools.
• Experience with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms; willingness to ramp quickly.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop analytical features for Finance leadership.
• Build, optimise and maintain production-ready ETL/ELT pipelines using DBT, Databricks and SQL.
• Create scalable data models and analytical solutions with modern data modelling techniques.
• Build and champion data quality and testing practices; catch errors before stakeholders.
