What we’re looking for:

• Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage customer information flows (RFQs, POs, SDRs, OORs) and ensure timely responses.

• Strong Communication Skills: Capable of effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders, remaining composed under stress, and articulating information clearly.

• Understanding of Manufacturing: Experience in manufacturing environments to quickly grasp Hadrian's processes, work flow, and constraints within 2-3 weeks.

• Proficiency with Basic Software Tools: Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Flow, and Airtable, with the ability to learn new tools within a week and produce professional documents from day 1.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing daily communications with customers regarding product operational statuses.

• Overseeing small to medium projects related to new product introductions and process development.

• Ensuring customer data is processed internally and deadlines are met.

• Working proactively in ambiguous situations to resolve operational issues.

• Understanding how operational tasks impact metric goals.

• Travel to client sites as needed, part-time.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience leading cross-functional teams to complete projects efficiently.

• Prior aerospace machining experience to understand processes and context.

• Knowledge of financial and business metrics to align work with growth strategies and quoting processes.
