Boom is an AI-native platform for commercial credit underwriting. We help banks and insurers turn complex financial data into structured insights they can use to evaluate businesses 5x faster. Today, we offer AI-powered financial spreading, risk analysis, and credit memo generation. Our long-term vision is to become the core system financial institutions rely on to manage commercial credit risk.
Boom is an early-stage software company founded by repeat founders with strong early traction: $100k+ in new ARR per month since launch (Dec 2025), $130k average ACV on closed deals, $261k average ACV across our pipeline, zero churn, and a 75 NPS. Sales has been founder-led on a part-time basis. Now we are looking to hire Boom's Founding Enterprise Account Executive to drive expansion into commercial banks.
The Founding Enterprise Account Executive will be Boom’s first dedicated seller and report directly to the CEO. You'll own the full sales cycle: building pipeline, running discovery and demos, advancing procurement, and negotiating contracts. You'll also work directly with the founders to build our sales motion, including positioning, pricing, sales strategy, and new market segments. This is a full-time role, with a preference for candidates who can work from our San Francisco office three days per week.
We do not accept outreach from agencies or external recruiters.
