The role offers relocation support to San Francisco, visa sponsorship, and a base salary of €80,000 to €140,000 per year plus founding-level equity. Remote within Europe, with an expectation to relocate to SF within the first year.

Qualifications

• At least two years shipping production software or equivalent record as founder/solo builder.
• Full-stack range and experience building/operating production LLM or AI agent systems.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild the existing product into scalable infrastructure for AI-powered service businesses.
• Design and operate agent systems, including orchestration, memory, and verification.
• Own projects end to end across backend, infrastructure, frontend, and AI agents.
