Job summary

matcha.fm is seeking a fully remote Product leader to own the full stack from data processing to UI, and to shape the product roadmap based on customer feedback and real-world AI use cases.

You will use data to iterate quickly, ship with velocity, and navigate ambiguous situations while collaborating across time zones. The role offers $160k–$220k per year plus up to 1% equity and unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of owning products end to end and shipping with good velocity.
• Stack agnostic; experience in any of the listed stacks is a plus (Typescript, React; Rails/Elixir/Go).
• Hands-on AI experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full stack from data processing and ingestion to core logic, UI etc.
• Lead product direction and roadmap based on customer feedback and needs.
• Apply AI effectively to real-world use cases.
• Use data to understand what works, iterate quickly, and double down on wins.
• Iterate fast and ship with good velocity.
