Matcha is seeking a mission-driven engineer who loves their craft and thrives in fast-moving startup environments. You will own the full stack—from data processing and ingestion to core logic and UI—and help shape the product roadmap based on customer feedback.

You will apply AI to real-world use cases, use data to understand what works, iterate quickly, and ship with velocity. This is a fully remote role across multiple regions.

• Proven track record shipping end-to-end products.
• Willing to work with a stack mix and learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-stack from data processing and ingestion to core logic, UI etc.
• Lead product direction and roadmap based on customer feedback and needs
• Applied AI effectively to real world use cases
• Use data to understand what works, iterate quickly, and double down on wins
• Iterate fast and ship with good velocity
