The agents are in production doing real work for paying customers. We're hiring our founding engineer to own the platform end to end: agents, evals, data pipelines, integrations, and reliability.

Python/FastAPI, TypeScript/React, Postgres. No insurance experience needed. In office in SF.

• Founding engineer to own platform end to end including agents, evals, data pipelines, integrations and reliability.
• Deep technical capability and ability to take something from zero to one.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform end to end for Hedge’s AI-native insurance ecosystem.
