Kipsi is seeking a Founding Engineer to join our remote-first engineering team. As an early member, you’ll influence architecture, product roadmap, and strategy while collaborating directly with the CEO, CTO, and other engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Fluency in Typescript, Javascript, React.
• Good product intuition and user empathy.
• Solid engineering fundamentals and passion for high quality code.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Bonus: SQL, Terraform, Kubernetes, Java, Golang, cloud infra knowledge.

Who You Are

We are looking for a Founding Engineer to join our growing engineering team. As an early member of the team, you’ll have the opportunity to influence everything including engineering, culture, product roadmap, architecture and strategy. You will work directly with our CEO, CTO, and other engineers to influence every aspect of the platform.

You will be a great fit if you value:

• Working across the entire stack using cutting edge frameworks and tools

Requirements
