Job summary

Elastic Ltd is seeking a founding Full-Stack Engineer to join an AI and EdTech startup at day one. You’ll own the consumer web experience, help shape product direction, and influence engineering culture as the platform grows.

We're partnering with an ambitious early-stage startup that's on a mission to become the world's best place to learn and showcase AI skills.

They're looking for a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to join at a pivotal stage, working directly with the founders to shape both the product and engineering culture from day one.

The Opportunity

This isn't just another engineering role. You'll be taking ownership of the consumer-facing experience and helping build a platform designed to change how people learn, prove and showcase their skills.

The platform has two core products:

• An interactive learning experience where users build real AI projects using modern technologies and frameworks such as LangChain.
• A live portfolio platform that automatically showcases what users have built, allowing them to demonstrate real, authenticated skills rather than simply listing qualifications.

The long-term vision is to expand beyond AI into every professional skill, creating a new standard for learning, skill verification and career development.

The business already has an engaged community of over 200,000 users across multiple channels and is targeting 1 million active users as it scales.
