Job summary

Aim4Hire is assisting a seed-stage Austin startup in finding a founding engineer to help build the product and company.

You'll work directly with the CTO and engineering teammates on architecture, shipping features, talking with users, and setting engineering practices that future teammates will inherit.

This is a hands-on role with broad ownership and high visibility as the company grows.

• Backend leaning expertise with Python, Typescript or Go
