Qualifications

• A degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• A builder's mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and eager to figure things out.
• Comfort working hands-on.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on across assembly, QA, and field application.
• Run demos, product validation, and data collection.
• Build the processes, documentation, and tools the site runs on.
• Take on whatever the site needs as we build it.
• Help shape the culture of the team from day one.
