Job description

About the job

About the job

Build it, test it, fly it, and support it in the field. Join as one of the first engineers at our Dallas site, get your hands on every part of an industrial drone we design ourselves, and help write the playbook for our U.S. team.

Why this role

  • Learn a complete industrial drone system end to end — hardware, firmware, payloads, and data
  • Own product validation and testing from day one, not years down the line
  • Build the processes and tools our U.S. site runs on, and help shape how the team works and what it values
  • Grow with the team into a Field Applications Engineer, QA lead, or whatever direction you help create

  • Build the processes, documentation, and tools the site runs on
  • Take on whatever the site needs as we build it
  • Help shape the culture of the team from day one

What you bring

  • A degree in engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • 0–2 years of experience
  • A builder's mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and eager to figure things out
  • Comfort working hands-on
  • Fluent English

Nice to have

  • Drone, RC, or robotics projects
  • FAA Part 107 certification

What matters most

Above all, we're looking for a drive to learn. We care more about how quickly you learn and how willing you are to take on something new than about checking every box above. Recent graduates are welcome — if you've built things and want real ownership early, we want to hear from you.

About This Company

We are in the startup phase of our U.S. operations in Dallas, and everyone who joins now is a founding member of the team. That means broad ownership, real decision-making authority, and problems no one has solved for you yet. It is a challenge — and the fastest place to grow.
