DeLaSalle High School in Minneapolis is seeking a visionary Program Director to lead the Acutis Ethics & Innovation in AI Center. This role develops the center's strategy, curriculum, and partnerships, rooted in the Catholic and Lasallian tradition, guiding students to ethical, innovative leadership in AI.

The director will build an interdisciplinary curriculum, establish an AI Ethics & Innovation Certificate, collaborate across departments, and work with external partners to expand

Experience developing educational programming, curriculum, or innovative learning initiatives.
Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
Commitment to Catholic education and Lasallian tradition.

Responsibilities

Lead the vision, strategic direction, and day-to-day operations of the Center.
Develop a multi-year plan for growth and impact with measurable outcomes.
Design an interdisciplinary AI Ethics & Innovation Certificate Program.
Build partnerships with colleges, universities, nonprofits, and industry.
Coordinate student workshops, internships, and credentials opportunities.
Assess outcomes and report to leadership and funders.
