Recall is seeking a founding member to own the developer experience in San Francisco. You’ll be the frontline for developer success, craft sample code, documentation, and demos, and partner with product to improve self-serve flows.

You’ll work across product, engineering, and customer teams to empower developers, build internal tools, and help customers be successful quickly. A startup mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Deep customer empathy and desire to help people.
• Ability to communicate complex topics simply.
• 2-3 years of software development experience.

• Own the developer experience function end-to-end.
• Support customers via Slack with best-practice guidance.
• Write high-quality docs, samples, and demos.
• Collaborate with product to improve self-serve flows.
• Build tools to streamline debugging and triage processes.
