Job summary

Phoebe, a NYC-based health-tech company, is seeking a product designer with 2+ years of experience to own the UX across our core operations product and a forthcoming mobile talent agent.

You will ship polished software that real users rely on, iterate rapidly, and translate our design principles into practical improvements. Our small team collaborates closely in-person in NYC, with equity to reward impact.

• You've designed production software that real people use.
• You have a portfolio you're proud of.
• Strong aesthetic instincts and can articulate what makes design good or bad.
• You notice UX everywhere - good and bad - in your daily life.
