Job summary

Phoebe in New York is seeking a product designer to own the user experience across our core operations product and the upcoming mobile talent agent.

You will create software that feels great to use, work in fast, iterative cycles, and talk to customers to turn feedback into shipped improvements.

The team is small, with above-market equity, and in-person work in NYC (Chinatown/LES). Learn from experienced founders building in healthcare tech.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product design.
• You’ve designed production software that real people use.
• You have strong aesthetic instincts and can articulate what makes design good or bad.
• You notice UX everywhere in daily life.

• You have a portfolio you’re proud of
