Job summary

Converge is seeking a founding engineer to own and build the data platform. You’ll join a small team in NYC and be the first to fully own and scale the platform layer, handling trillions of jobs and real-time queries.

You’ll write performant code (Python), dive deep into infra, and partner with product engineers to ship products that scale to the world’s largest brands. Expect hands-on coding and rapid iteration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven strong coding skills in Python and performance-critical languages.
• Deep understanding of OLTP/OLAP databases.
• Experience with data-heavy, scalable systems.
• Customer-minded mindset to build usable data platforms.
