Job summary

ELPEN Pharmaceutical Co. Inc. is seeking a founding Data Engineer to design and build our data warehouse on a modern cloud platform.

You will own the data lifecycle from ingestion to delivery, ensuring clean, reliable data for analytics across commercial, operational, and scientific teams. You will lead data modeling, ETL/ELT development, and governance, collaborating with stakeholders and application owners to translate needs into robust data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years in data engineering, BI development, or similar.
• Fluency in Greek and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise data warehouse on a modern cloud platform.
• Build robust ETL/ELT processes to ingest data from diverse sources across the company.
• Create logical/physical data models optimized for analytics and performance.
