Qualifications

• 10–20+ years of software engineering experience

• Experience designing highly available systems
• Experience securing consumer platforms with privacy-by-design

Responsibilities

• Own Platform Architecture across mobile, cloud, data, security, and AI platforms with a focus on scalability and privacy-by-design
• Establish security and privacy framework for a regulated financial platform with strong data protection and zero-trust principles
• Lead engineering execution and maintain high-quality code and architecture while managing technical debt
• Recruit and build the founding engineering organization and define the team structure and priorities
• Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to enable AI-powered, scalable, secure features
• Manage strategic technology partners including cloud providers and financial/fintech partners
