Siena is seeking a seasoned content leader to own every word for founder-led communications. You will craft LinkedIn voices, product launch copy, blogs, and video scripts in a fully distributed environment.

You will set the narrative strategy, ship launches with integrated words and visuals, and ensure every piece reflects Siena’s POV and brand. Equity and growth budgets are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Published writing across blog posts, launch announcements, social, and video scripts.
• Shipped content as the sole writer at a company or brand.
• Experience working in ecommerce or consumer brands.

Responsibilities

• Own Siena's content for launches, posts, blogs, and scripts.
• Set strategy for founder-led LinkedIn and company social accounts.
• Ship product launches with words, announcements, blogs, social sequences.
• Write scripts for product and marketing videos and coordinate with visuals.
• Study trends and translate them into a clear content POV.
• Identify what content moves metrics and cut what doesn’t.
• Leverage AI across research, drafting, analysis, and distribution; maintain taste.
