Job summary

Femtech Insider Ltd. seeks an experienced certified nurse-midwife to join as a founding member of a new Peninsula clinic in Northern California. You will deliver full-scope midwifery care, including perinatal and gynecology services, with Millie support tools and app-based education for patients and families.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, serve a diverse patient population, and help shape a new standard for maternity care in a high-tech, equity-focused practice.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in full-scope midwifery (OB/GYN).
• Active CA Certified Nurse-Midwife license and AMCB certification.
• NRP and BLS certification required.
• Additional training in multilingual care, lactation, nutrition/diabetes, cesarean first assist, or movement/meditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope midwifery care at the clinic, partner hospital, and virtually.
• Deliver outpatient gynecology services (contraception, STIs, well-woman exams, fertility, menopause).
• Provide medication abortion services and miscarriage management.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, doulas, nutritionists, therapists, and others.
• Communicate with patients during and between visits, leveraging Millie app and technology.
• Engage with the broader birth and reproductive health community.
