Job summary

Oula is redesigning maternity care with a team of midwives, OB-GYNs, and care navigators across multiple markets. We seek a Certified Nurse-Midwife to deliver patient-centred, evidence-based care in clinics, at partner hospitals, and virtually.

The role requires on-site presence with two office days weekly, significant on-call coverage, and opportunities for ramp-up periods. Preferred candidates hold active licensure and AMCB certification, with 2+ years of midwifery experience and telemedicine

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required to practice.
• Full-scope midwifery experience preferred.
• Experience with diverse patient populations valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope midwifery care during pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum in clinics, hospital, and virtual settings.
• Attend births as primary delivering clinician for low-risk patients.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and care team for holistic care.
• Educate patients about the midwifery model of care using Oula technology.
• Provide feedback on patient portal with product/engineering teams.
