Job summary

Atlantic Health Strategies seeks a Founding Clinical Director to lead a new substance use disorder facility in O'Fallon, IL. You will shape the clinical culture, assemble the team, and drive readiness to active service delivery, with accountability for quality and program integrity.

The role requires an active Illinois LCSW or LCPC, 5+ years of clinical leadership, and expertise in ASAM criteria, documentation, and supervision. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and active Illinois license is required.
• Minimum five years of behavioral health clinical experience with supervision/leadership.
• Direct experience with substance use and co-occurring conditions preferred.
• Experience with ASAM Criteria and clinical documentation standards.
• Ability to lead and coach licensed clinicians and maintain program integrity.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day delivery of clinical services for outpatient, IOP and PHP programs.
• Maintain clinical program integrity and supervise clinical staff and supervisors.
• Coordinate utilization review, compliance, licensing, and quality reviews.
• Develop training, supervise staff, and drive staff accountability in a collaborative environment.
• Guide clinical decisions on placement, discharge, and treatment planning.
