CR3SCENDO AI is looking for a Founding Distinguished Engineer to lead the development of an AI-native execution engine. The successful candidate will architect the Neural Core, manage orchestration across multiple microservices, and mentor future engineers.

This is a unique opportunity to define an entire category and build technical foundations for a platform that could become the industry leader in agentic commerce. Equity and full architectural authority are included.

Competenze

• Pinnacle of experience in Big Tech (Meta E9, Google L9, Apple ICT6).
• Experience as a founding or early engineer at a high-growth startup.
• Expertise in designing and building multi-agent orchestration.
