CR3SCENDO AI is looking for a Founding Distinguished Engineer to lead the development of an AI-native execution engine. The successful candidate will architect the Neural Core, manage orchestration across multiple microservices, and mentor future engineers.

Qualifications

• Pinnacle of experience in Big Tech (Meta E9, Google L9, Apple ICT6).
• Experience as a founding or early engineer at a high-growth startup.
• Expertise in designing and building multi-agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Neural Core AI orchestration layer.
• Design and build multi-agent orchestration across 9+ microservices.
• Mentor engineers and establish technical standards.
