FutureSight is seeking an experienced Founding CEO to launch an AI-native platform for AEC firms, guiding product, fundraising, and team building from day one.

You will own the vision, recruit a founding team, run pilots with customers, shape pricing, and lead seed fundraising while embedding a strong culture and scalable go-to-market.

This is a full-time, equity-rich opportunity in Los Angeles, offering the chance to define a new category at the intersection of AI, proposals, and construction.

Qualifications

• Must be a founder-level entrepreneur with co-foundation or senior leadership in a B2B SaaS/startup.
• Proven experience raising seed or early-stage capital.
• Background in government contracting, proposal management, or B2B SaaS for professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch of the MVP and guide product/engineering with the pod.
• Run pilots, shape pricing, validate retention and expansion.
• Raise the seed round and hire the founding team, setting culture and strategy.
