FutureSight is seeking a Founder‑level CEO to lead the launch of an AI-native platform for the AEC industry. The role involves driving the vision, coordinating across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams, and steering the venture toward rapid market adoption.

You will lead pilots, shape pricing, and validate retention while building the founding team and securing seed funding to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Founder-level drive to co-found and lead a new venture as CEO.
• Experience co-founding a product company or B2B SaaS.
• GTM experience in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
• Strong fundraising fluency and ability to narrate investor stories.
• People leadership capable of attracting top talent.
• Background in government contracting or professional services SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Launch initial product and achieve market traction.
• Lead seed fundraising efforts and investor engagement.
• Own full P/L for the new entity.
• Dedicate full-time, exclusive effort to building and owning the SaaS venture.
