Job summary

FutureSight, San Francisco, seeks a Founding CEO to launch an AI Compliance venture serving SEC- and FINRA-regulated firms. You’ll shape vision, recruit the founding team, and lead the seed round while defining product and GTM strategy.

You’ll own full P/L for the new entity, build a compliant, policy-as-code platform, and guide early customers through pilots, pricing, retention, and expansion to accelerate growth from concept to revenue.

Qualifications

• Founder-level drive to co-found a new venture as CEO.
• Experience building a B2B SaaS product or venture.
• Ability to raise seed capital and manage fundraising.
• Strong GTM and sales capabilities in fintech/RegTech.
• People leadership and culture-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Win customers — Run pilots, shape pricing, and validate retention + expansion
• Build the product — Work with product/engineering to launch V1
• Raise capital — Lead the seed round with initial investment
• Build your team — Hire founding team and set cultural foundation
