Prismæon is seeking a founding-level capital formation executive to build and close Prismæon’s first financing round. You will own the fundraising process from investor identification through close, working directly with the Founder.

Qualifications

• Experience closing meaningful early-stage capital.
• Background in deep tech, semiconductors, infrastructure, hardware, AI systems, or similarly technically complex companies.

Responsibilities

• Develop Prismæon’s pre-seed and seed capital strategy.
• Build and manage a qualified investor pipeline; originate introductions to venture funds and other capital sources.
• Lead investor outreach, meetings, diligence, and financing progression.
• Translate a technically sophisticated compute architecture into an investable company narrative.
